Dear Fellow Star-Gazers,
Happy Full Moon! and Happy Lunar Eclipse!
I hope you were able to see this fabulous cosmic display. The mathematics that makes this possible are breathtaking. It surely cannot be random and confirms that we live in
an ordered universe.
The chart for this eclipse contains a conjunction of the Sun with Saturn leaving me wondering how many lunar eclipses there are on Saturn? The International Astronomical Union's Minor Planet Centre added 128 newly identified moons to Saturn's count, yesterday, bringing Saturn's total to 274!! (For the record, I will not be adding these into my chart interpretations - though this discovery makes clear
that Saturn's 'hold' is considerable. )
An eclipse marks both an ending and a beginning. Saturn demands acceptance of responsibilities and recognition of boundaries, rules and regulations. If each of these moons carries a burden, then those whose charts are most affected by this eclipse (including President Trump) will surely feel their weight.
This may
be welcomed by many who feel that a return to 'old rules' should at least be considered given the craziness of recent actions.
Yet another cosmic tune is coinciding with this eclipse:
Just a few weeks ago, the lunar node crossed 0 Aries and, recently aligned with Neptune in Pisces: echoing the mid 19th Century when not only was there a financial panic, but the
American Civil War began. The combination suggests difficulties in the coming years - especially through 2026 and 2027.
EQUITIES
The American markets have suffered greatly and I fear that more loss is yet to come as next month's Full Moon aligns with Chiron (the corrector). If there is good news, it is that the same day,
Venus turns direct and recovery should begin. That said, it is doubtful that confidence will be fully restored and indices return to their previous highs. I will show the impact on other indices in the March monthly event.
TRADE WARS
Clearly decisions taken by the new US administration have global impact. Next Saturday
(22nd) I will take part (via Zoom) in a World Astrology Summit https://skyscript.co.uk/inmundo/summit/ hosted by my friend and colleague Wade Caves. I open the event with a presentation entitled 'The new Silk Roads'. I will look at this through the lens of the Neptune-Pluto cycle, incorporate some crypto-astrology and give my perspective on the global economic outlook.
INVESTMENTS
As you may know, I am more of a silver than a gold bug and intend to look at the charts of silver companies in the forthcoming monthly class on March 23rd. In that event I will also look at the charts of Starlink, NVIDIA, Tesla and Rocketlab. (Booking details below)
SOLAR ACTIVITY
It had been assumed that the number of sunspots in the present solar cycle 25, would peak this year. However, it has been a far from quiet cycle. In August 2024, the number of spots in one day reached a massive 380. It is possible that this cycle will be longer than average and that there might even be a double top.
If the distribution of the planets around the Sun is as key as now suspected, then
extraordinary activity is likely mid December when, from the heliocentric perspective, Saturn and Neptune align in early Aries.
My fear that another Carrington event (when a solar flare effectively 'fused' over 10,000 miles of telegraph cable) is real. A similar event knocked out electric power cables in Quebec in 1989. If such an event were to recur - at any time but perhaps mid December - the results would surely be catastrophic
as I suggested in my presentation to delegates at last weekend's Convergence Conference in Orlando.
Consider this a heads up to not just back up stored information, but to have paper copies of important documents!
I also consider your best investments to be health, friends and family.
FLORIDA
The response to my solar presentation was enthusiastic and led to a fabulous conversation with Oner Doser, whose 'Maxima' book on solar activity is as treasured as 'Sun-Earth-Man' by Theodor Landscheit. That book set me on my astro-financial studies. I am delighted to report that I will be collaborating with Oner on a new work.
First I have to re-record the last two units of the 6 module financial course and push ahead with this new book (untitled as yet!).
To achieve those missions I have chosen to stay on in Florida with my publisher where I have access to every research book needed as well as plentiful, restorative sunshine!
Back in the UK, Julie is holding the fort brilliantly
- despite the challenge of time zones. I do feel that Michael orchestrated her arrival in my life at just the right time.
SOLAR ECLIPSE AND YOU
The forthcoming New Moon on March 29th is a solar eclipse occurring just a day before Neptune enters Aries (from the geocentric perspective) and as Mercury returns 0 Aries.
To make dreams reality, we first have to have dreams! Do please take time in the final days of March to think of the future you crave: the first step to making these reality.
