TURMOIL
Next Tuesday, Pluto makes its final Aquarius ingress. Unlike the Sun which moves from one sign of the Zodiac to another each month, Pluto stays over a decade in one sign before moving on. As viewed from earth, that planet has been hovering on the boundary of Capricorn and Aquarius since last year. It's move through Aquarius lasts until
2043.
Pluto's last transit of this area of the Zodiac coincided with the French, American and Industrial revolutions.
Multiple theatres of war are labelled: e.g the 100 years war, World Wars 1 and 2 and now, quite possibly, World War 3 has begun. Astrologers examine the planetary positions for these major historical events and assume that a
similar planetary geometry will coincide with division, polarisation and discontinuity.
Looking ahead to the planetary geometry of the next few years, we must surely be concerned that history is indeed repeating. Leaders of nations will likely have to grapple not only with border disputes but very probably another pandemic (2025 through 2028). As you may know, I forecast COVID-19 in my book Navigating the Financial
Universe. If my understanding is correct, then disease/pandemic -as well as military confrontation - will be dominating themes for the remainder of this decade.
PHOENIX RISING
Terrifying as all this can appear, I am not without hope. In recent times we have learnt more about the bodies orbiting the Sun and which lie in the Kuiper belt. The
influence of these - and of the asteroids (which orbit between Mars and Jupiter) - requires further research. However, even a brief foray into this area suggests the potential for altered states of thinking and consciousness that would be of benefit of all life on earth.
CRYPTO RISING
In the financial short term: cryptos have seen a
surge in value since the US election. Their value in recent months has – to some extent – been held in check by the threat of increased regulation. However, the chart for the Securities and Exchange Commission (which has played major role) is under considerable planetary stress. Mr Trump had stated that on his first day he would fire its head. Even if that does not happen, its strength is likely to be considerably weakened and its eventual dissolution – or re-formation, probable.
Many of the Crypto currencies have planets in Pisces. Until Saturn completes its transit of this sign at the end of Q1 2025, their price could be held back – but perhaps not by much. Post the solar eclipse on March 29th, a further surge in value seems likely. (I will be looking closely at XRP, XBT and Solana in Sunday’s monthly event -details below). I am not as hopeful about 2026.
EQUITIES
Equities too are enjoying a bull run – in keeping with today's Full Moon in Taurus (sign of the Bull). This Full Moon aligns with Uranus and the unexpected is showing in the speed of the bull run which has also been boosted by Mars’ arrival in Fiery Leo.
It is worth noting the role
of the Solar Apex. Venus transits to this point seems to mark financial turning points. Venus will aspect this point on November 30th – just a few days after Mercury reaches retrograde station. This is followed by Mars’ retrograde station on December 6th. My conclusion is that the present bull run will be slowed that week.
COMMODITIES
Ever since attending Ray Merriman’s exceptional investment conference in Slovenia and hearing some remarkable speakers, I have given more time to researching copper, silver and gold. It is interesting that gold – whose price has fallen as indices have risen – looks set to reach a turning point on November 30th.
2025 & FINANCIAL
PANIC?
Early in 2025, the lunar node (always retrograde) moves from Aries into Pisces. The last time the two traversed this sign was in the middle 19th century. Today’s planetary positions show similarities with this time-period. If history were to repeat, then there is potential for bank failure and chronic crisis in 2025: most probably coinciding with a major stage in the Jupiter-Saturn cycle in the summer. (Students might like to consider
the chart for the financial panic of August 24th 1857).
This is not the note on which I want to end this Full Moon letter! Yet it would surely be irresponsible not to alert readers to these clouds on the cosmic financial horizon. This is not to say that major losses are likely:
INVESTMENT
Well-being – physical and spiritual has to head any list of investment priorities. Beyond that, areas to consider include security (obviously!) and then leisure activities (if the past is any indicator of the future, then this area tends to do well during times of strife) and finally engineering.
MONTHLY EVENT
The
expanded monthly events (now 75 mins in length) now include a review of various crypto currencies as well as at least two companies, commodities and equity forecasts. The December monthly will focus on the outlook for the USA until the next inauguration in 2029. This Sunday, November 15th we will look at the US election, XRP, Bitcoin and Solana as well as Gold, silver, copper and two companies.
EVENTS
Aside from the usual monthly events, I am preparing for my workshop at the Convergence Conference in Florida in March.
