Happy Super-Full Moon

It’s been nearly a year since El Salvador introduced Bitcoin Law. This formalized the crypto-asset as legal tender and mandated that all businesses in the country accept Bitcoin.

Yet, many Salvadorian businesses still prefer cash. Does this mean that Bitcoin is dead in the water or that the practice of digital cash is finished? Planetary alignments suggests that the answer to both questions is no. Keep reading for more thoughts….

Over the course of the next three years each, yes each, of the major outer planets will move from one sign of the zodiac to another. What we know is that any one of those planets moving from one segment of the zodiac to another has, throughout history, coincided with financial turbulence. We must conclude that navigating the financial universe over the next few years will require extreme care. 

The enormity of the approaching financial waves is already apparent – in keeping with this Full Moon’s alignment with Saturn. Food and energy prices are set to soar. As pointed out in the last newsletter, the simultaneous crossing of Jupiter, Chaos and Ixion on the world axis indicates upheaval on the grandest possible scale. 

WAR CRIES

At the end of July-beginning of August, the alignment of Mars, Uranus and the lunar North Node suggested miliary action and disruption of normal trading. It was not entirely unexpected that China began military manoeuvres in the Sea of Taiwan. These are still in operation and may be of ever-growing concern before the end of August as the World Axis is shaken.

Astro-research shows that the USA Navy has been involved in major incidents when the lunar node axis is in an early degree of fixed signs. This positioning will occur in March 2023. By then Saturn will have crossed into Pisces – one of the mutable signs – and when research indicates negative influence on Asian markets. Military action would surely lower prices in those markets.

Whilst we may hear more war-cries in the next few months, it is likely to be next Spring before action in Asia takes place.

Meanwhile, this situation in Ukraine and Russia continues. As stated in earlier missives, I do not expect this to be over for some years and have concern over the repercussion of any action taken between 24 and 31^st August.

GLOBAL CRASH OR CORRECTION

Last month I alerted you to the probability of severely negative trading figures at the September Full Moon. Though not a replay of the global financial crash, we should hear echoes if not witness panic.

If there is to be a market ‘top’ before then, that could coincide with maximum lunar altitude and Uranus’ station on August 24/25^th.

Please note too that as of August 20^th, Mars begins an extended stay in Gemini. In the last 120 years when Mars has never retrograded and stationed in this sign adding to the ‘unprecedentedness’ of the coming months.

Gemini is all about communication and transport. We should anticipate disruption and extreme pressure to be put on distribution services.

(It is interesting that both Boris Johnson and Donald Trump are both Geminis and that both may be fighting for their political lives through these next few months)

A MAJOR SUNSPOT and SOLAR DISCONTINUITY 

Distribution would be seriously affected if solar or cosmic activity affected satellites. Solar behaviour is influenced by planetary positioning. In recent days a super large sunspot has appeared and faces Earth. If this results in coronal mass ejections, then the threat to Earth’s communication systems will increase. 

PLANETARY CONFIGURATIONS 

For so many months the planets were grouped in either bowl or bucket shape (the handle of the bucket being the Moon for half of every month). That formation – created by so many planets positioned within 180 degrees, has been breaking apart. True, it will recur again toward the end of the year when – once again – Covid and related fears could bring further restrictions.

It is arguably important that we each focus on building good networks (alternative suppliers) in the event of disruption to services.

CASH AND CRYPTOS

In the event of cataclysmic disruption to electrical supplies, crypto currencies would be affected. However unlikely, and just as Covid was an apparently ‘unprecedented’ event, the possibility should not be discounted. The crypto market is exceedingly fragile.

It is still the case that many people view the words Bitcoin, Crypto and Blockchain as one – and that is certainly true. Yet there are now over 15,000 crypto currencies in existence and multiple non-financial-market-related uses for Blockchain technology.

The exponential growth of these markets is moving faster than growth in internet technology and uses in the 1990s. Within just a few years – and just as those outer planets change signs – total upheaval will surely result in the majority of working adults using crypto-wallets.

Yet this is NOT happening in El Salvador – despite the incentives offered by its government.

Could it be that they launched at the ‘wrong’ astro-time? That certainly seems a likely explanation.

With several central banks now openly planning their digital currencies, launch dates are key. This applies also to NFTs. In my new, subscription newsletter (first issue going out at next week’s Last Quarter Moon and monthly thereafter), one segment focuses on ‘good’ dates.
