Dear Fellow Star-Gazers,
Happy Blue Moon! Yes, this is the second Full Moon of August.
Between the two Full Moons I've enjoyed a super holiday and completed an assignment focusing on trends post 2024. Many of you will know that in 2024, Pluto leaves Capricorn and moves on into Aquarius. If the Capricorn effect was to bring banks to their knees, then, amongst other things, we should have concern for mutuals as Pluto makes its way into Aquarius.
It's been mentally challenging to go from long view to wondering what the markets will do next week: demanding the use of different techniques. If history repeats, then today's mutable Full Moon (exact at 13.58 GMT) should coincide with falls in many markets: perhaps a flavour of things to come as September does indeed seem to offer an even bumpier ride than we've experienced so far in 2012.
I'm offering a detailed view of the remainder of the year and the outlook for 2013 in an astro-finance seminar in Dublin on the afternoon of Friday September 14th. This is aimed at investors and traders. There are 2 places still available - please email me directly if you are interested. Working with a small group allows me to focus on particular interests.
Before next month's Full Moon (also the last day of the month), we cross the Equinox which this year occurs within days of several key aspects each of which resonates with the chart for the Euro.I'm expecting this currency to experience a bruising - even as early as the Moon's occultation of Jupiter on Sept. 8th.
My attention has also been drawn to silver prices - this is an investment area to turn your attention to if you haven't done so already. Prices here could move upward from early October.
Yesterday Mitt Romney accepted the Republican nomination. I can only repeat what I've said before: that this election could prove every bit as messy as the one which began George W Bush's second term, but that my reading of the astrology puts Obama back into the White House - though I imagine that will be a very unhappy place to be in 2013.
At some point many countries (USA included) need to deal with debt. Saturn's transit through Libra brought QE. Once Saturn moves on into Scorpio (and heliocentrically that transit has begun), then the accent moves to clearing up the mess and paying off those debts which will surely be very hard indeed.
From Sept 18th, a series of new phases in planetary cycles gets underway. Again, if history repeats, then this could be a particularly difficult period in the Middle East. It is to be hoped that the diplomats will be working at their best on Friday 21st and 28th when those more inclined to take a military course will surely be tempted to take action.
These aspects will affect us all of course: it won't be surprising if many people are faced with tough choices toward the end of September. Those born under the Cardinal signs of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn could find this period particularly stressful - though that won't necessarily be a 'bad' thing. Significant changes of direction are likely and could mean leaving behind situations that are no longer rewarding or nurturing.
With my colleague Margaret Gray, I'll be looking at this period - and the important 2012 Winter Solstice configuration in two workshops in Dublin on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th September - all information on the website.
It will be lovely to see some of you there.
Until the next Full Moon,
Yours from the stars
Christeen
